Leaving behind everything familiar in Italy, they arrived in Australia with nothing but a dream and an unshakable determination to build a future together. From a young age, Daniele Barresi possessed an extraordinary talent for sculpting and pastry-making. Despite holding prestigious titles in Italy, Daniele found himself working as a dishwasher, unable to express his talent in a world that did not yet know his name. But he refused to be discouraged. He worked tirelessly, taking on multiple jobs while refining his craft and learning the ways of the industry in his new home.

Together, Daniele and Mary built their dream from the ground up.
